Information we collect
St. Remy collects information you provide, including business and contact details, delivery locations, account credentials, order requests and messages. The service also records security and operational events, including a protected identifier derived from the connecting network address, to prevent misuse and troubleshoot failures.
How information is used
Information is used to operate customer accounts, review and fulfil orders, answer questions, send requested service messages, prevent misuse, maintain business records and improve reliability.
Cookies and local storage
An essential, secure session cookie keeps signed-in customers authenticated. Browser storage keeps cart contents, display theme and limited order-status access on the customer’s device. Clearing browser data removes those local preferences and cart details.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by providers used for website hosting, email delivery, security and business operations. St. Remy does not sell customer information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Retention and security
St. Remy keeps information only as long as reasonably required for business, legal and operational purposes. Administrative actions and order history may be retained for accountability. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Signed-in customers can update business locations and submit an account-deletion request from the account page. You may also ask about your information or request a correction, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
